Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or unwanted items after the order has been received.

To be eligible for a return or refund consideration, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You may also be required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To report an issue with your order, please contact us at support@onlinepawnest.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@onlinepawnest.com so we can review the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged
  • Items returned without approval
  • Used items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue. If approved, a refund may be processed according to this policy.

Refunds

Refunds are not available unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply, including the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days where required by law. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase may be required.
